By accessing the site, subscribing to the newsletter, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Stripe may display an approximate conversion if you pay in another currency. Taxes, if applicable, are handled per Stripe's checkout rules.
Unless stated otherwise in the product files, the Cursor rule files and templates in the kit are provided under the MIT License. You may use, modify, and distribute them in your own projects subject to the MIT terms included in the download.
Site content (blog posts, branding, marketing copy) remains our copyright. You may quote short excerpts with attribution; you may not resell or repackage the site content as a competing product.
A paid kit purchase includes access to future versions of the kit files we publish for existing customers. "Lifetime" means for as long as we actively maintain and sell the Agentic Architect Kit, not indefinitely if the product is retired. If we discontinue the product, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a final download to existing buyers.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the paid kit. If the kit does not meet your expectations, email agenticstandardcontact@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase with your Stripe receipt email or order reference. We will process a full refund via Stripe. No interrogation, no hoops.

We are experienced .NET practitioners, but we do not guarantee that the rules will fit every codebase, that AI tools will behave predictably, or that following the kit will prevent all architectural regressions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agentic Architect is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or kit, including lost profits, data loss, or production incidents. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase (currently £9.00 GBP).
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

We may update these Terms when pricing, delivery, or legal requirements change. The "Last updated" date will reflect the revision. Material changes will be posted on this page. Purchases completed before a change remain subject to the Terms in effect at purchase time for refund and license questions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence if you are an EU/UK consumer.
